One team runs the whole thing, start to finish, and Injy is your contact from the first walkthrough to the last snag. Two weeks from full payment and keys in hand, or one week on express.
The walkthrough
We walk the empty home together, room by room, and agree what goes where. You pick a direction: natural, marine or urban. We send you a written scope and a fixed price before anything is ordered.
We furnish it
Sourcing, ordering, delivery windows, assembly and styling. We wait in for the drivers and deal with every supplier, so you can get on with the new job.
Handover day
Deep clean done, beds made, towels folded. We walk the finished home together and start a snag list that stays open for the first weeks.

In every package: a deep clean after the install, beds made and towels folded on handover day, the handover walkthrough in person, and a snag list kept open through the first weeks. Pick a direction for the style: natural, marine or urban.

Furniture is the easy half. This half decides whether your first week in a new country is calm or miserable. All of it is included in Gold and Bespoke, and you can add any of it to Bronze or Silver.

Injy Guenena leads Day One, the home setup team at Blue Stream Trading. She came into this from real estate, so she knows what an empty villa or apartment looks like the day after the contract is signed, and how much is still left to do.
Injy walks the empty home with you and agrees the scope and the budget. Then the team takes it on: they source every item, hold the delivery schedule, set up and clean every room and style it. Injy checks the work along the way and walks you through the finished home on handover day.
She stays your point of contact the whole way through, with the team doing the work behind her. And furniture is only half of it. Clients end up asking the team about housekeeping, gardeners and the hundred small things that come up in the first month.

Bringing people to the UAE? Day One sets up the home while your new colleague settles into the job, so nobody in HR or operations spends a week chasing furniture deliveries. One package for everyone, or a different one per role, paid up front by the company or the employee.
Bronze starts at 20,000, in line with a common furniture allowance, and the two-week setup fits inside a first month in a hotel. Teachers arriving for a new school year, a manager and family, or a whole team: tell us the dates and the homes, and we plan the rest.
