Refunds and cancellations

To cancel or ask for a refund, send us a message through the contact form with your invoice number. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days.
Company formation consultancy
- Tier 1 and Tier 2. Full refund if you cancel before the first session takes place: the kickoff session for Tier 1, the alignment session for Tier 2. Once that session has taken place, the work has started and the fee is not refundable.
- Visa coordination. Full refund if you cancel before work on that visa has started. After that, the fee is not refundable.
- Year two onward. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date, and the next year will not be charged. A year that has already started is not refundable.
- Tier 0 has no fee to refund.
Home setup packages, Day One
Each package is quoted as a fixed price in a written scope, agreed with you before anything is ordered.
- Payment. Packages are paid 100% before work starts. To hold your dates before you are ready, you can reserve a time slot with 25% of the package price. The 25% counts toward the price, and the remaining 75% is due before work starts.
- 24-hour cooling-off. Within 24 hours of any payment you can cancel and receive a full refund, minus bank fees.
- After 24 hours. Payments are not refundable. Time already spent on your home is not refunded. A faulty item is repaired, replaced or refunded under the warranty of the shop it was bought from, within that shop’s warranty period.
- Moving your dates. The agreed date can be moved twice at no charge, with at least 14 days’ notice before the scheduled date. A third move costs 5% of the package price, subject to availability, and your payment still counts toward the price. If you cancel, the reservation payment is kept. A reservation expires 12 months after the first agreed date.
- Storage. If goods have already been bought and you move the date, storage is charged at cost plus 15%.
- Timing. A standard setup takes two weeks, and express takes one week for 15% more, counted from full payment and keys in hand, whichever comes last. Delivery dates depend on the suppliers’ schedules.
Industrial equipment
Industrial equipment is not sold or paid for on this website, and this page does not apply to it. Cancellation, returns and warranty follow the terms and conditions of sale shared with each quotation.
Digital products
Guides, courses and other digital products published under The Smart Money Family name are not refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. If a file does not open or a course link does not work, write to us and we will fix it or replace it.
Government and third-party fees
Fees you pay to RAKEZ, immigration authorities, banks, accounting firms or other third parties are governed by their own refund rules. We cannot refund them.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first through the contact form. We will look at it and reply within two working days.
