Why this page exists
A pump order goes wrong in three predictable ways.
All three cost more than the pump.
It gets sized off the old label
Somebody copies the old nameplate, the actual flow and head never get checked, and the replacement runs off its curve. It cavitates, it eats seals, or it runs hot at part load and the energy bill quietly goes up for the next ten years.
The lead time lands after the deadline
The price is agreed before anyone confirms what is actually available. Then the whole programme gets rebuilt around one late pump.
The spares come up too late
The unit arrives and the wear parts, seals and the right impeller are a separate conversation months later, usually during a shutdown.

Flow, head, fluid, temperature and the application if you have them. A photograph of the existing nameplate and the pump tag is enough to start if you do not.
We come back with a selection and a lead time together
The proposed unit, why it suits the duty, and what is actually available on what date. If the honest lead time does not fit your programme, you hear that before you order.
Delivered, with the spares conversation already had
Order placed, shipment tracked and delivered to site. Recommended spares are quoted with the unit, so they’re on the shelf before your first shutdown.

Hydro Structure
Collection, treatment and distribution of water, and the wastewater side that returns it to the environment. Includes specialty dewatering pumps that drain groundwater and surface water from construction and industrial sites, bypass pumping for repairs to ageing utility infrastructure, and emergency water transport during severe weather.
Hydro Applications
Building services and industrial water. Apartment blocks, retail, schools, hospitals and hotels on one side; OEMs, power generation, chemical manufacturing, marine, food and beverage on the other.
Smart Control Systems
Metering, measurement and control. Smart metering, leak detection and analytical instrumentation for monitoring water quality, flow and level, aimed at the non-revenue water losses that come from inaccurate meters, leaks and theft.

I’m Morgan Meinecke. I’ve been running companies since 1998, in engineering, machinery manufacturing and sales, with two businesses built and sold. DiveMix Gas and Compressor Technologies in Egypt, founded in 2004, grown to thirty people and sold seventeen years later. INMATEC Gas Technology, oxygen and nitrogen generators, where I spent ten years running the global business, then sold it and exited during COVID. Today I also run Second Life RO, the membrane regeneration factory I co-founded in Ras Al Khaimah, which puts used reverse osmosis membranes back into service.
That’s the whole argument for buying equipment from us. I’ve specified this kind of equipment, commissioned it, and lived with it afterwards when it was wrong, and our team works to that standard.
