Every quote in this market leads with the license fee. Drag the handle and see the costs that come after it. The figures are an example: your license fee depends on the activity, the number of shareholders and the visas in the package.
An example, built from what UAE owners report publicly. The bank balance stays your own money; the bank simply needs to see it on the account.

Three ways to work with us, priced in public.
You always pay RAKEZ’s own package price, direct to RAKEZ. Our fee, when there is one, sits on its own line. The only question is how much of the work you want to do yourself.
The published package price for your activity and visas, paid direct to RAKEZ. We never mark it up or bundle it.
Nothing, 9,800 or 19,800, depending on the tier. Invoiced separately, with its name on it.
The map, and you walk it. You buy the book and read it yourself.

The renewal handled at the price the factsheet already told you. Visa renewals and changes handled through the RAKEZ portal, including the actions only a registered agent can do. The corporate tax and VAT deadlines watched, and one review call a year.
Prices in UAE dirhams. Government fees, RAKEZ’s package, and your accounting firm’s fee are paid to them directly and are not part of our fee. Full refund on Tier 1 and Tier 2 until the first session takes place. Refunds and cancellations.
Commitment three of three
When Ras Al Khaimah is the wrong answer.
We lose the commission on every one of these. They are still true, and you should hear them before you pay anyone.
- Your clients need a Dubai address on the license. Some procurement teams and some landlords still read the emirate on the document. If that is your market, pay the Dubai premium and do not let anyone talk you out of it.
- You need a specific regulated activity. Financial services, insurance broking, media production and a few others sit in named zones. The license has to match the activity, whatever it costs.

A straight answer when Ras Al Khaimah is wrong for you
If another route fits your business better, you hear it on the first call, at Tier 0, for nothing.
The questions people actually ask
Before you book.
At Tier 0, nothing. RAKEZ pays our commission out of the fee you were paying anyway, and going direct does not make the license cheaper.
At Tier 1 and Tier 2 you pay our fee as well, on its own invoice. You hear both before you ask.
That is right. A free zone company can qualify for the 0% rate only while it meets the conditions in every tax period, and losing it in one period costs that period and the following four.
Corporate tax registration has its own deadline, three months from the license for new companies, and the late registration penalty is 10,000. Your tax position is a question for a licensed tax adviser, and we will introduce you to one.
It is the step that fails most often, and no adviser can promise it, including us. In Tier 2 we prepare the application, make the introduction and chase it. The decision belongs to the bank.
That depends on the package. Some packages carry visa allocations and some do not, and if you already hold a UAE residence visa you may need none.
If you want to bank in the UAE, plan for a valid UAE residence visa: the banks ask for it when you open the account.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 are refunded in full until the first session takes place. After that the work has started and the fee is not refundable. Government fees paid to RAKEZ follow RAKEZ’s own rules. Refunds and cancellations.
In Tier 2 we connect you to a UAE accounting firm that keeps the books and files for you. Their fee is theirs, and they quote it to you directly.

I am Morgan Meinecke. I have built and sold two industrial businesses: DiveMix in Egypt, and INMATEC Gas Technology, where I spent ten years running the global business, then sold it and exited during COVID. Today I also run Second Life RO, the membrane regeneration factory I co-founded in Ras Al Khaimah. In Egypt I kept every employee on the payroll through two revolutions.
Blue Stream Trading FZ-LLC is my own company, licensed by RAKEZ since 2023, and I have been a RAKEZ channel partner since October 2022. We work with RAKEZ because it is the zone I use myself. The team you talk to is led by someone who has done it himself, four times.
