Blue Stream Trading FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), registered at BIZ00348, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: through the contact form on this website.
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply when you buy one of the following from Blue Stream Trading FZ-LLC ("we", "us"):
- Company formation consultancy, in the tiers described on the business setup page.
- Home setup packages for villas and apartments, described on the home setup page. Each package is also governed by the written scope and fixed price you accept before anything is ordered.
- Digital education products, published under The Smart Money Family name. These are general education for parents and are not financial advice.
Where a written scope says something different from these terms, the written scope applies.
Industrial equipment supply is not covered by these terms. Pumps, spares, water treatment equipment and project packages cannot be bought or paid for on this website. Each order is quoted individually, and it is governed by its own terms and conditions of sale, which we share with the quotation. Payment, delivery, warranty, returns and cancellation for industrial equipment follow those terms only.
2. Company formation consultancy

Our fees are separate from the RAKEZ package price and all other government fees, which you pay directly to RAKEZ and the relevant authorities. The fees of any accounting firm or other third party we introduce are theirs, quoted and invoiced by them.
Commission. We are a channel partner of RAKEZ and RAKEZ pays us a commission on licenses placed through us. This does not increase the price you pay RAKEZ.
3. What we do not promise
- Licenses, visas, Emirates ID and any other government approval are decided by the authorities.
- Bank accounts are decided by the bank. We prepare the application, make the introduction and follow up. We cannot promise an approval.
- We do not give tax, legal, financial or investment advice. Where you need it, we introduce you to a licensed adviser.
4. Payment
Fees are invoiced in advance, in UAE dirhams, and are payable by bank transfer or by card through our payment provider. Work starts once payment is received. Blue Stream Trading FZ-LLC is not registered for VAT at present, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
5. Your part
You agree to give us accurate information and the documents requested, in time. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information extend the timelines, and the work already done remains chargeable.
6. Cancellations and refunds

7. Liability
Our total liability for any service is limited to the fee you paid us for that service. We are not liable for decisions of government authorities, banks or other third parties, or for losses that arise from them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you paid.
